Trailer size inclusions

When you choose Pinnacle Pods, our standard tiny home trailers come equipped with a range of essential inclusions to ensure a sturdy and reliable foundation for your tiny home.

Our standard tiny home trailer size range is:

  • 5.6m;

  • 7.2m; and

  • 10.5m

All with a standard width of 2.4m to comply with road regulations. Each trailer is built with high-quality materials and features heavy-duty axles, a robust steel frame, and a secure hitch for easy towing.

Bells and whistles

Pod inclusions

Trailer

  • Engineered trailer (selection of Steel, or all aluminium)

  • VIN: Vehicle identification number compliance plate (road registerable)

  • Either tandem or tri-axle;

  • 70mm tow ball coupling (rated 4500kgs)

  • 7pin plug connector;

  • 3 brake system – mechanical, break controller, and electrical breakaway system;

  • 4x stabling leg stands;

  • 1x jockey wheel;

  • Clearance lights with LED brake & indicator lights.

Service provisioins

  • LPG (gas) dual regulator provisions for cooking, and hot water (Note: gas bottles not included);

  • Hot water System: 16L instantaneous;

  • Water: 20mm ball valve connection;

  • Waste-Water: 100mm provision (for connection to your sewer solution);

  • 10mm hardwired mains cable;

  • Distribution board with safety switches;

  • Provisions for a TV antenna;

  • External isolator switch for the air-conditioner (not unit not included, provisions only);

  • Solar panel provision option (solar panels not included)

  • *Note: Service provisions may vary per depending on design and individual requirements

Structural + waterproofing

  • Structural particle board flooring;

  • Engineered structural wall and roof frames;

  • Structural bracing;

  • 2x coats of underfloor water resistant coating to the bathroom / laundry areas

Insulation + sarking

  • Vapour barrier wall wrap membrane;

  • Foil-faced insulation blanket under metal roof;

  • Glasswool insulation batts to fill ceiling;

  • Glasswool insulation wall batts

  • Ceiling insulation  (Polyester bats, non-itch) to wall and roof cavities R1.5 bulk insulation for walls and R3.0 bulk insulation for ceilings in accordance with the requirements.

External finishes and Windows

  • Supply and installation of new aluminum windows (Note: window Schedule, selections and design will vary);

  • Colour bond metal roof sheets with barge capping and flashings;

  • Exterior finish – (will vary depending on owners design and selections)

Kitchen / Bathroom / Laundry

Kitchen: Our Kitchen are custom designed with layout, fittings, finished to be discussed with the joiner.  

Bathroom / Laundry : Our bathroom and laundry areas  are custom designed. Please discuss your  layout, fittings, finishes with your Pinnacle Pod Team. Standard provisions are for:

  • Toilet,

  • 1x basin with mixer,

  • Mirror,

  • Towel rail,

  • Shower set – including shower tray, glass panels, floor waster, rail, rose and mixer.

  • Extraction wall fan

  • Provision for washing machine (if required)

Internal linings

  • 10mm plasterboard to ceilings and walls throughout;

  • 6mm villa board to wet areas;

  • Skirting and architraves or square set finish (will vary depending on design and selections;

  • Internal fit-out of Finger jointed pine doorjambs, Internal hollow core door / cavity sliders with 100mm brushed hinges and standard door hardware to internal door openings

  • Melamine wardrobes / storage – colour selections available (will vary depending on owner design and selections

Electrical provisions

  • Smoke detector;

  • 1x External weatherproof GPO;

  • External wall lights

  • Internal LED Downlights (quantity dependant design selection);

  • Double GPO (quantity dependant design selection);

  • A/C Circuit – (provisions only, unit not included)

  • 1x Free to air TV point

  • 1x Digital TV Antenna

  • Hot Water circuit

  • Oven and range hood circuit

Painting

  • All internal and External painting include

Not included

  • White goods and appliances (owner to provide and we can install);

  • All furniture – including, mattresses, lounges, tables, specialty light fittings (e.g lamps and pendants) etc;
