A personal experience
We focus on a personal experience where your tiny home or granny flat is designed specifically to meet your individual needs and requirements. Whether it is a couples retreat or a family escape, single level or with a loft or two, we offer our clients the flexibility to design a space tailored specifically for them and their family. Our team will introduce you to our draftsman, who will work with you to develop floorplans that maximize every inch of floor space while delivering a desirable and functional living alternative. Once the layout is locked in, your trailer and frames will be manufactured and delivered to the site.
Versatility
Our pods can be used as a granny flat at your home, holiday rentals on a property, or an extension of your existing dwelling. Whether you need a separate space for retired parents or a first home for your adult children, we provide versatile solutions to fit your needs. The Pinnacle Pod Building Team will then take over to discuss your style, selections, fixtures, and finishes. If you are passionate about sustainability, we also offer the option to go completely off-grid, including the installation of solar power systems, rainwater harvesting, composting toilets, and more. This not only helps the environment but also reduces ongoing cost-of-living expenses.
It all started with an idea
Our story
With over 20 years’ experience working in Residential Building, Pinnacle Pods was founded in 2023 by David and Kara Hall who have branched into the Tiny Home Industry after building their very own Pod at their property located on the NSW South Coast.
Falling in love with the simplicity and the low maintenance of tiny home living, they have created Pinnacle Pods to provide the opportunity for their clients to experience and enjoy the same lifestyle benefits that these amazing homes have to offer.
They have discovered that a simple small space is all you need to enjoy the bigger things in life.
